I am an Honours Sport Science graduate from the University of Pretoria with a strong academic and practical background in Sport Science and Human Movement. I am passionate about helping students understand challenging concepts through clear, patient and practical explanations. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions, improve their understanding and achieve their academic goals.

I am a University of Pretoria Honours Sport Science graduate offering student-focused tutoring in Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, Nutrition and Sport Science. I simplify complex topics using clear explanations, practical examples, diagrams and active questioning.
A typical lesson includes a brief review of previous work, introduction of the new topic, step-by-step explanations, practical examples and questions to check understanding. I encourage students to ask questions and actively participate rather than simply memorising information.
