About James
Dealing with mental health issues myself and going through certain issues have really opened my eyes. My main goal is to help as many people as possible. I hope to help you come up with different ways to manage stress, anxiety and depression and to join you on your journey to recovery. I will be here to listen to whatever you wish to talk about and be as supportive as i can along with coming up with different strategies to dealing with your struggles effectively and to the best of my ability whilst learning myself. It will be an experience that we can both grow together.
Gaining more experience as i go along the way and taking courses to further my knowledge.

I will be using my personal experience and knowledge to help you manage stress and anxiety along with other issues regarding mental health. I am currently studying myself and always looking for ways to improve my knowledge and understanding regarding the issues that fall under the mental health subject. This will be an opportunity for you to grow and manage your day to day life a little easier and i will be joining you in this journey and making sure that we both benefit from our sessions. I am not qualified yet however i am on my way there and just using this platform to help as many people as possible.
