Hanny possesses a number of qualities and skills that a tutor should have. She is an organised, disciplined and empathetic individual who is always willing to extend her support to others. I have witnessed Hanny offering her help on several occasions. For instance with myself, I received lessons twice a week for a Math course I was taking. She was consistent in that she attended all tutor sessions and remained punctual throughout the 1 month period that she tutored me. Additionally, she took the time to recognise my capabilities and then started working on areas where I needed practise. Furthermore, she requested to see the material I was studying in school, and from this prepared the sessions. Even during sessions where I felt unmotivated or stressed, she was able to put my mind at ease and carefully explain what I found difficult.
