About Frederick
I am a university student studying French and Russian and have been actively studying French for about fourteen years. I can tutor both language and literature up to A level having completed my own A level two years ago. I took part in a language clinic during Sixth Form to help younger children who were struggling and have taken part in two exchanges to Northern France and a week shadowing in-house interpreters at the EU Courts in Luxembourg.

I gear my tuition around what you want and need to progress as the relationship between tutor and tutee is very important and I trust my tutees to know their needs best.
I tutor students of French up to A level as well as those who would like to get back into it. My teaching involves teaching a range of topics each including topical vocabulary and grammar, which forms the basis of my teaching so that you get a solid base for learning. I also try to include some idiomatic expressions in the vocabulary to try and have to fun with it to make learning less of a chore.
