About Christianna
I am a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Warwick and have recently completed my first year. I studied Maths, Physics and Chemistry at A-level, which gave me a strong academic foundation in the subjects I now teach.
I have two years of experience tutoring GCSE Physics, and I enjoy helping students turn difficult topics into ideas that feel clear and manageable. Having completed my GCSEs relatively recently, I understand the pressure students can feel and the importance of having a tutor who is patient, encouraging and easy to communicate with.
I want to teach because I find it rewarding to see students become more confident, independent and motivated. My aim is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to help them develop problem-solving skills and a genuine understanding of their subjects.

My lessons focus first on making sure students fully understand and remember the key concepts. Then we work through a wide range of exam-style questions, as consistent practice is essential for achieving top grades. Lessons are normally one hour long and are tailored to each student’s confidence, ability and exam board. I also set relevant homework, which I mark and return with detailed feedback so students know exactly how to improve.
I maintain strong communication with both students and parents, helping to ensure that the necessary revision and practice also take place outside our lessons.
My lessons are suitable for GCSE students studying Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Biology, whether they need help building confidence, catching up on difficult topics or aiming for the highest grades.
I have two years of experience tutoring GCSE Physics. I have recently completed my first year studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Warwick, and I previously studied A-level Maths, Physics and Chemistry.
