About Kai
Experienced A-Level Economics students, having tutored several long-term students.
Have also mentored pupils during school in lower years in Economics who have struggled and then went on to achieve Grade 9 at GCSE
Have studied Economics since GCSE and achieved an A* at A-Level, placing in the top 3 of my cohort at a competitive grammar school in 2019 AS-Level Economics paper.
I was taught by the OCR A-Level Economics chief examiner for Microeconomics, gaining valuable experience and insight into exam technique and essay writing.

Current University of Warwick undergraduate studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics BSc with Economics Major.
Lessons are usually conversation based, with a certain topic covered each session. The usual methodology would be a stimulus based off an individual topic, and then speaking through chains of reasoning with the tutee speaking through each step of his reasoning so that their though process can be evaluated. Exam technique will also be covered, covering everything from multiple choice to essay based questions, with problem sheets and essay questions being set in between lessons when needed.
Technique is tailored towards GCSE & A-Level specifications.
Past pupils have progressed by up to 4 grades over only 2 months of tuition.
