I am Banele Buthelezi.
I know Siyamthanda from the tutoring sessions we had during our undergrad for the past three years. Siyamthanda is a good leader, partner, and friend. She is able to teach while learning other things, which makes her a perfect candidate for this role.

We once discussed something based on what development is and how it varies across different people. It was quite a nice session because I got to know many things I didn't know through her, so she is quite an amazing person.

I like how she can turn something so complicated into a much simpler thing. The skill she has in turning a very challenging task and explaining it in a way that everyone can understand is out of this world. Believe me, she knows what she is doing when she explains something.

Siyamthanda is a dedicated individual who enjoys sharing knowledge with peers and those behind her. Her qualification does not only reflect individual success, but also a shared achievement with the community around her, since she believes in empowerment and upliftment through education. I have known her throughout my academic years, we used to study all night at the library and labs. She stems from hard work and sleepless nights.

Siyamthanda was my geography tutor. I learned so much from the tutoring lessons, and the great advice I received from her made me want to build a career in Geography.
