Hello! I’m Mrs. Sonya Green, a certified educator. I have experience helping students of all abilities build their skills and confidence.

I believe every student can learn when given the right support, encouragement, and tools. My approach is patient, structured, and personalized to each student’s strengths, needs, and goals. I use clear explanations, modeling, guided practice, visual aids, and hands-on activities to make concepts easier to understand. I check understanding throughout each lesson and adjust instruction as needed.
A typical lesson begins with a brief check-in and review of previous learning. Next, I introduce the lesson goal and demonstrate the skill step by step. Students practice with my guidance before applying what they have learned independently. We end with a short review, celebrate progress, and identify what to work on next.
As a certified special education teacher and school founder, I bring experience supporting students of all abilities. I help students build academic skills, confidence, independence, and effective learning habits. I create a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes.
My lessons are for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade who need academic support, homework assistance, reinforcement, or enrichment. I also support students with disabilities and learning differences, adapting the pace, materials, and instruction to their individual needs.
