About Faris
I started drumming at the age of 16 and have been fully self-taught ever since. Early on, I discovered that I could play almost any song by ear, which sparked my passion to dive deep into the craft. By mastering the basics, I developed the skills and instincts needed to grow into a versatile and expressive drummer. Over the years, I’ve performed for audiences ranging from intimate 10-person sets to crowds of over 700, gaining real-world experience across a variety of settings. I’m currently an active member of a band, and we’ve already released four original singles on Spotify, with all drum tracks recorded and arranged by me. In my lessons, I focus on building strong fundamentals, training your ear, and unlocking your musicality, but above all, I believe a drummer should always enjoy the materials they are playing whether it's pop or metal music.

I provide personalized drum lessons designed to suit your learning pace and goals. We’ll begin by mastering the fundamentals of drumming, including proper technique, rhythm, and coordination. You’ll also learn how to play songs by ear, developing a strong musical instinct and confidence behind the kit.
Once you’ve built a solid foundation, we’ll progress to advanced techniques, covering complex patterns, dynamics and improvisation, ensuring you continue to grow as a skilled and expressive drummer.
No music theory lessons involved.
Most importantly, playing the drums is all about having fun and that would be at the core of my lesson.
No age requirement, everyone is welcome.
1 hour allocated per session.
