About ALI MARDAN

I am an unregistered Barrister qualified from Lincoln’s Inn, having completed the Barrister Training Course with distinctions in Oral Advocacy and Legal Drafting, reflecting a high level of competence in both written and practical skills. I hold two LLM degrees, including an LLM in International Banking & Finance Law, in which I achieved a distinction in Corporate Governance, and an LLM in Criminal Law, supported by a merit in my dissertation on Corporate Manslaughter. My academic background is complemented by a strong focus on practical application, allowing me to teach complex legal concepts in a clear, structured, and exam-focused manner.
