About Sian
I am a graduate completing an MA in Teaching and Learning and a BA Hons in Specialist Hair and Media Make-up. Highly experienced in research and academic referencing, writing, research and analysis. I worked previously with students in representation supporting HE students within my role as the Vice President for Education at UCB. I have also mentored and coached HE and FE students for 4 years supporting students with their learning and developing their goals and aspirations. In my current role I support the Wellbeing of HE students in the academic environment and run a HE peer-to-peer mentoring scheme.

I identify learners' specific learning styles and adapt my learning approach to different students. I always aim to make learning as interactive as possible to enable the students to immerse themselves in the learning. I aim to do more than just tutor in the subject, I instil confidence in the student and future ambition to achieve once the lessons are done.
