My teaching philosophy blends evidence‑based pedagogy with culturally responsive, technology-enhanced practice. I use a student-centered methodology that balances communicative language teaching, task-based learning, and explicit skills instruction. I frame lessons around authentic, real-world tasks (e.g., presentations, role-plays, project work) and scaffold language through clear modeling, guided practice, and formative feedback. I integrate digital tools purposefully (collaborative documents, learning management systems, formative assessment apps) to increase learner autonomy and to make learning visible. What makes me unique is my combination of classroom teaching experience, academic research into teacher development and ICT integration, and the intercultural perspective I gained as an exchange studies student — this helps me design lessons that are academically rigorous, culturally sensitive, and technology-smart.
