FEE & CLASS POLICY

• The tuition fee includes lesson preparation, printed study materials, and travel expenses where applicable. (Soft copies of study materials are not provided.)

• One class per month may be rescheduled with prior notice. Additional missed or cancelled classes will be considered completed and are non-refundable.

• Class days and timings remain fixed for the duration of the fee cycle. Changes may be requested at the time of fee renewal, subject to availability.

• To reserve the current slot or request a different available slot, fees for the next cycle should be paid in advance by the second-last scheduled class. Non-payment for any reason will mean the future timings will not be guaranteed.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable and secure the student's reserved time slot.
