Miss Itumeleng is worthy of this job simple because of her passion to help students thrive in every way possible, not only with their academics but with life in general. Partaking in such a path is a big step since there'll or there's already competition within Superprof itself and the "AI in the 4IR". This simply shows how determined she is to achieve a lot in life and take on challenges. Starting small is better than not starting at all. Crossnights, group studies, individual work, going extramiles are all vital elements that she has lived by and got her this far. It is imperative that we empower such young stars towards the greater good because they are the future teachers despite the "AI in the 4th Industrial Revolution". Superprof will greatly equip her with the necessary skills to stand tall not only in tutoring but in projects, networking and dealing with people which are all primary elements to become independent and enter the entrepreneurial space.
