About Kylar

Hi! I am currently studying Medicine and Spanish at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. I grew up in small-town Minnesota with an enormous family who I love dearly. This small town is where I first noticed a cultural gap between Spanish- and English-speakers, and felt a spark to begin learning the language in an attempt to bridge that gap. So, over the past 8 years, I have dedicated countless hours to mastering Spanish and building a skill that impacts the lives and interactions of others. My dedication to language learning has pushed me to teach others, and I am excited for the opportunity to help you meet any and all linguistic goals. About the lesson

My lessons range from beginner (A1) to lower intermediate (B1). After assessing your appropriate Spanish level, I will curate lesson plans that will best develop your linguistic skills and meet your goals. I have started students as simple as “hola” and watched as they begin forming full sentences and eventually begin expressing themselves in Spanish more abstractly through contemporary topics and media forms.
