Wendy is an outstanding leader that has an unbelievable knowledge of primary education. Her vast knowledge is all linked to the latest research or DfE guidance, which ensures her advice is current and supportive. Wendy has helped drive school improvement at our setting over the past 14 months. Wendy has helped raise standards in our Early Years and has improved oracy skills across our curriculum. This has been done in a supportive manner and linked to all the latest research from the EFF or other educational providers.

She has also supported myself and school linked to several priorities. She has ensured that our SIP and SEF are up-to-date and purposeful. This has streamlined schools priorities to ensure they are achievable, realistic and accurate. She has also supported leadership with recent changes to the Ofsted framework and how that may impact school.

Wendy is a fantastic leader and person. She is clear and precise with her feedback but also has empathy with staff. She is a great communicator who knows how to move a school forward with all the staff buying into a shared vision. I would recommend Wendy for any role in education.
