About Victoria
- What kind of experience do you have?
I work as a director, workshop leader, playwright and theatre practitioner having taught children and adults for over ten years, in collaboration with theatres, schools and theatre schools (Hertford Theatre, Gala Theatre [Durham],Dramarama, Stagecoach, Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, SLP, RADA etc). Currently I am the director, writer and acting teacher for Masquerade Arts, writing and directing bespoke plays for the children in the school (from a range of different backgrounds), culminating in termly shows, as well as teaching LAMDA exam preparation. Having run my own theatre company A Little Bit Productions (now based in Singapore, creating and producing workshops for children from ages 2-18Â (singing, creative writing, puppetry, storytelling, baby and toddler sessions).
SCREEN and STAGE WRITING: Having won several awards for both my dramaturgy script work (Outstanfing New Work-Vaults Festival, LOST Theatre's One Act Festival winner) I teach and advice several students on script development, as well as reading and reporting back on drafts of both feature length and short films and stage plays and musicals.
LAMDA EXAMS/DRAMA SCHOOL PREP: Having taught for over ten years LAMDA exams and drama school auditions,100% student pass rate for LAMDA musical theatre exams in Acting, Verse and Pros, Musical Theatre and Mime. I teach at some of the UK's leading drama schools, including the MA course at RADA, and as a freelance writing tutor. I currently teach online and in person in London to children and adults of varying levels.
SINGING: In my lessons I work on basic technique, repertoire ranging from musical theatre to pop/rock and classical, preparation for drama school entry auditions, auditions for professional work or simply pure enjoyment. I regularly teach individual lessons and group sessions throughout London. I am happy to work with backing tracks if the student prefers.

I trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts on the performance degree course under Paul Sabey.
I trained at RADA on the MA in Text and Performance under Andrew Visnevski.

- Tell me about some of your current students.
I currently guest lecture at RADA on the Text and Performance MA in directing, casting and audition prep.
I teach Singing and Drama at Stagecoach Dulwich and Masquerade Arts in classes ranging from 4years to 18years, as well as private one on one LAMDA classes, and directing full scale musicals.
I teach students developing scripts and screenplays from both the UK and America, as well as past students from various countries within Europe, which I have thoroughly enjoyed.

For ten years I have worked as a professional Director, Writer, Teacher, Workshop leader and Dramaturg with people of all ages and abilities, from professionals (audition prep, voice and drama training) to children. Please email with any questions.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I do audition prep for drama schools and for professional auditions. I tutor drama and singing for children and adults covering basic technique, working on repertoire ranging from musical theatre to pop/rock and classical.
I also teach script writing and development classes; how to format, structure, develop and create both screen and stage plays.
I am also a general tutor for children of KS1 level.

How much do you charge?
Audition/Exam Prep: £30p/h
Singing lessons: £20 for a 30 minute lesson or £30 for an hour
Script development work £30p/h
Script reading and feedback services £60 per script
Group drama classes/workshops dependant on size of group/ ability (Average £60 per hour)
There is a £5 travel charge for any lessons outside of the Camberwell area. 48 hours notice is required for cancellations, otherwise the student will be charged the full lesson fee.
- Where do you teach?
I teach at my office in Earlsfield, at the National Theatre in central London, cafes in central London and at clients homes. I also teach online and I am happy to travel into zones 1-4 in London.

Monday-Friday daytime and evenings depending on the student's availability

I'm happy to teach/work with all ages, levels and abilities; from professionals to children.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
Drama school audition prep, Professional audition prep and LAMDA exams. I'm happy to prepare and enter students for the LAMDA musical theatre examinations if they wish.
- Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
I teach online via Skype. I have availability in the daytimes and evenings Monday-Friday. I'm happy to teach using a course book or to work on various conversation topics or requests by the student.
