About Kelvin

Hi, I’m Kelvin—a passionate and detail-oriented video editor with over 5 years of hands-on experience crafting compelling visual stories for creators, businesses, and brands across the globe. As a Fiverr Level 2 Seller, I’ve built my reputation on delivering professional, high-impact edits that truly stand out. My journey in video editing began long before my Fiverr success—I’ve produced content for school campaigns, managed media projects from concept to delivery, and refined my craft through real-world client work across diverse niches like lifestyle, education, and digital marketing. I specialize in CapCut, but my foundation in design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and storytelling ensures every video I edit is not just polished—but purposeful. When you work with me, you’re not just getting an editor—you’re gaining a collaborator who listens, adapts, and elevates your vision with care. I believe great editing should feel effortless, engaging, and authentically yours—and I’m committed to helping you achieve exactly that, every single time.

About the lesson

As a tutor, my approach is rooted in clarity, personalization, and real-world application—shaped by my background in computer science, hands-on media experience, and years of delivering tailored support in both technical and creative fields. I believe effective learning happens when instruction meets individual goals, pace, and purpose.

My Teaching Methodology and Techniques
I use a goal-driven, project-based method. Rather than overwhelming learners with every feature at once, I anchor each lesson in a practical outcome—whether it’s creating a smooth transition, color-grading like a pro, or building a monetizable short-form video. I break complex tools into digestible steps, demonstrate live editing, encourage hands-on practice, and provide immediate, constructive feedback. My sessions blend visual demos, guided exercises, and industry-relevant tips to ensure skills stick and translate beyond the classroom.

A Typical Lesson Plan?
Each session begins with a quick review of your goal, followed by a lesson (1 - 2 hours) teaching you how to go about it. You then apply it in real time while I guide, troubleshoot, and refine your approach. For example, in a CapCut mastery session, we might spend Day 1 on interface navigation and basic cuts, Day 2 on keyframes and effects, and Day 3 on audio syncing and export settings—always using your own content or curated practice assets. Advanced or industry-focused lessons include portfolio feedback, workflow optimization, and strategies for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram.

What Sets Me Apart?
I combine technical precision with creative storytelling—thanks to my experience as a Media & Marketing Assistant, Fiverr Level 2 seller, and computer science student. I don’t just teach CapCut; I teach how to "think" like an editor and "act" like a professional. My lessons are adaptive, patient, and focused on your unique vision—whether you’re editing for fun, school, or a side hustle.

Who the Lessons Are For?
My CapCut tutoring is designed for all levels:
- Beginners: (students, content creators, small business owners) who need a solid foundation.
- Intermediate to advanced users: (aspiring editors, social media managers, influencers) looking to refine their style or master advanced features.
- Career-focused learners: aiming to monetize their editing skills or align their work with industries like lifestyle, travel, sports, or e-commerce.

No prior experience is required for the foundational course—but passion and curiosity are essential. Every lesson is built to turn your ideas into polished, professional-quality videos with confidence.

Working with Kelvin has been an absolute pleasure. He has far exceeded my expectations, and with every project, his work somehow manages to get even better—something I didn’t think was possible. His editing skills are outstanding, but what truly sets him apart is his communication, attention to detail, and ability to take even the smallest idea and bring it to life. Kelvin is one of the hardest-working professionals I’ve ever collaborated with, and anyone would be lucky to have him on their team. I would recommend him a hundred times over without hesitation.

I’ve had the chance to work with Kelvin Dela Agbasah for over a year now, both as a video editor on my projects and as a teacher guiding me through the editing process. We first connected through Fiverr, and since then, he’s become my go-to editor and mentor.

Kelvin is an incredibly patient and encouraging teacher. He doesn’t just show you how to edit—he explains why things are done a certain way, breaking complex techniques into simple, step-by-step lessons. His style makes learning fun, practical, and easy to follow, no matter your skill level.

One experience that stood out for me was when I struggled to polish a video project I wanted to upload online. Instead of just fixing it for me, Kelvin walked me through the entire process—teaching me how to cut, enhance, and add effects in CapCut until I understood it on my own. That hands-on support built my confidence and gave me skills I still use today.

I recommend Kelvin to all Superprof members because he’s not only a talented editor with 5+ years of experience and a proven track record as a Fiverr Level 2 Seller, but also a teacher who genuinely cares about his students’ growth. If you want to improve your editing skills while working with someone reliable, professional, and passionate about the craft, Kelvin is the one to learn from.
