About Noah
I have been a musician for almost 20 years, and the past 10 have been spent moving from just playing an instrument to composing soundtracks and learning the full scope of modern music production.
My preferred software is FL Studio, but the skills I teach can be applied to almost any Digital Audio Workstation or to music writing in general.

My approach is to marry the theory and history of music traditionally taught in schools with a more focused, practical approach designed to teach you exactly what you need to start not just UNDERSTANDING music, but the skills necessary to start CREATING your OWN music!
I prefer a student-led approach, so my lessons will cover music theory and composition skills as well as the use of technology and practical, modern production skills such as the use of EQ, Synthesizers, Compression, Mixing & Mastering, Recording Engineering, and more!
I can best deliver value to those who are familiar with reading music and/or playing an instrument, and are interested in learning how to create music themselves, whether they be at the High School, early College, or Professional levels.
I will have a harder time making the most of our sessions if the student is just learning the basics of music in Middle School or beginner courses, or is studying classical theory at a high-level in College/University.
