About Kristal
My name is Kristal and I come from Brazil. Since I was a little girl, my family introduced me to meditation and yoga, and I always wanted to deepen my knowledge. During my teenage years I became a professional classical and contemporary dancer. But my passion and curiosity about yoga and everything that goes with it always spoke louder, until I decided to do a training, at the Yoga Museum, in Rio de Janeiro, and become a professional in the area and thus be able to present this practice to other people. The training gave me the opportunity to deepen all the aspects, during one year with many practical and theoretical classes. Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation and my main domain Vinyasa.
Like everyone else I am constantly learning, I am curious and investigative, so my studies never end, I do not consider yoga as just a job or a physical practice, but rather, a philosophy of life.
