About Venetia
-I have been teaching the violin and piano for the past 6 years
-I have taught students from age 5-50 and have helped achieve all kinds of goals, from giving recitals to passing Grade 8 with Distinction
-I have also given chamber music masterclasses and group lessons

I have taught children and adults from beginners to advanced and have helped with exams, as well as teaching larger groups of students and leading workshops/ interactive performances.

I gained both my MMus and BMus (1st Class Hons) from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where I studied with renowned teachers such as David Takeno and Krysia Ososotowicz. I spent a year studying teaching methods and have since successfully put it into practice, giving lessons to young children and adults, from beginner to advanced.
My students have received exceptional results at all exam levels. I tailor every lesson to the individual's needs and make sure they are both fun and informative. I am familiar with both Suzuki and Colourstrings methodology and draw from several methods to create the best possible learning experience.
I work regularly as a session musician and have worked with artists such as The Arctic Monkeys, The National, Ellie Goulding and Thom Yorke. I regularly perform in concert halls in London and around the world as a chamber musician.
