About Zora
My interest in violin began through admiration for orchestral sound and expressive musical storytelling. This passion inspired me to complete a PhD in Violin Performance and Education, where I studied advanced technique, interpretation, and teaching methods in depth. During the past 11 years, I have guided students through supportive lessons that focus on confidence, discipline, and artistic growth.
I believe every student develops differently, so I adapt my teaching methods according to each learner’s personality and pace. My approach focuses on patience, encouragement, and clear explanation to help students improve naturally without pressure. Some learners grow through technical repetition, while others improve through listening and creative interpretation. I carefully shape lessons to create a motivating and supportive learning experience.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring chamber music, orchestral repertoire, and performance studies to keep my lessons inspiring and meaningful. This helps me bring practical musical knowledge and artistic insight into every session. My goal is to help students grow both technically and emotionally through music. Supporting their confidence and musical expression remains one of the most rewarding parts of my teaching journey.

My violin lessons focus on helping students build strong technical foundations while developing emotional connection with music. I teach bow coordination, finger placement, intonation accuracy, vibrato, rhythm control, phrasing, tone production, and musical interpretation through supportive and structured instruction. Lessons are designed to help students understand how technique supports musical expression instead of relying only on repetitive practice. I create a calm environment where learners can improve steadily with confidence.
Each lesson is personalized according to the learner’s level, goals, and musical interests. Beginners receive patient guidance with posture, open-string exercises, and simple melodies, while advanced learners strengthen expressive interpretation, advanced techniques, and performance readiness. I include scale work, listening activities, duet practice, and stage preparation to support balanced musical growth. Students preparing for recitals or auditions receive focused guidance for confidence and consistency.
I believe violin becomes more meaningful when students feel emotionally connected to the music they perform. My lessons help replace self-doubt with confidence through supportive teaching and regular practice. Many learners gradually become more expressive and technically secure as they progress. My goal is to help students become confident musicians who enjoy both learning and performing.
