About Emma
In high school, I performed at Disney World and the National Anthem for several sporting events for my community. I love playing the violin, and I would be so enthusiastic to teach new violinists about the beautiful and intricate instrument.

About the lesson

My teaching approach with music is to start with the basics of the instrument. We would talk about different parts of the violin, and why they are all important to making it sound the way it does. Then we would work on holding up the violin with some techniques I can show. After mastering those, we would working on plucking and reading basic music and notes and eventually make our way to using and taking care of the bow.
