About Sarah

I'm a graduated violinist from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, learning under the tutorage of several teachers at the college. I am passionate about music education being accessible to as many as possible. I have been playing the violin for the last 14 years and the viola for the last 9. I understand every individual learns differently and as such have created a range of resources to aid students on their musical journey! I have a wealth of teaching experience, teaching different age groups from teaching over the past 4 years. I also have flexible slots to accommodate busy working adults and also offer online lessons where travel may be difficult or simply more convenient!

About the lesson

Open to an adaptable approach to suit each individual, as everyone learns differently and at varying paces. I am supportive towards students choosing their own repertoire or learning any particular genre they are passionate about. I feel it's important to have a strong focus on technique, but to use this as a way to help express the music in the way you feel is right. I am open to teaching individually or as a group setting, for any ages, as well variations in lesson duration and frequency.
