About Senka

I am a visual arts student at the University of Ottawa where I'm specializing in painting and drawing. My main interest in my personal art practice are portraits, notably how portraits can convey certain emotions and the complex relationships that humans have. Alongside this, I have an interest and knowledge in art history and theory which I enjoy weaving into my practice.

About the lesson

I believe that people can start drawing at any age. I focus my classes on the technical aspects of drawing (light, shadows, pencil marks, colours) so that my students can add in their own creativity afterwards. My classes are tweaked to students current abilities -- whether you have never picked up a paintbrush or pencil or you are a seasoned ~artiste~, I am confident that through my classes you will find your artistic voice.
