About Cara

I’m a singing tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Songwriting (Voice Primary), dedicated to helping singers build both technical skill and artistic confidence. My lessons are influenced by songwriting, so we focus on phrasing, dynamics, and lyrical storytelling. I specialize in R&B, Soul, Acoustic Pop, and Contemporary Christian music, guiding students to create a tone that feels authentic and connected. Expression always comes first.

I use DAWs, vocal processors, and studio microphones to teach students how to perform and record in contemporary settings. Vocal looping, live electronic performance, and layered arrangements are all part of my teaching approach.
