About Hannah
With 7 years of teaching experience, I offer vocal training that blends technical precision with creative exploration. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, focusing on Lieder and Art Song. This foundation informs my attention to tone, phrasing, and expressive detail. I bring these elements into my work with jazz and blues vocalists.
Improvisation is at the heart of my teaching. I guide students through scat singing, melodic variation, and understanding harmony. Lessons include ear training and theory, but always with practical application. Students learn how to hear, understand, and create music in real time.
I adapt each lesson to the individual. Every singer has different strengths, challenges, and goals. I work with beginners building fundamentals and advanced students refining their craft. My approach is supportive, structured, and flexible.
I believe that confidence comes from both skill and self-expression. I encourage students to explore their voice and take creative risks. My aim is to help singers become expressive, versatile, and independent musicians.

My methodology is centered on building confident and capable singers. I combine vocal technique with performance training. Lessons include breathing, tone control, and vocal strength. These are always connected to real musical use.
Students receive clear guidance in audition preparation. We focus on selecting the right repertoire and understanding the music. I help students shape their performance with intention. Every detail matters.
Performance anxiety is managed through simple techniques. Students learn how to stay calm and focused. Stage presence is developed step by step. We work on expression, posture, and communication.
I support adult beginners and advanced teens in a focused way. They are given structure, but also room to grow. I encourage them to take challenges seriously. Progress comes with effort.
Each lesson builds toward performance success. Students are trained to deliver under pressure.
