I have worked with people of all body types, whether your goal is to lose fat or gain muscle I'm the guy to turn to. I am passionate about maintaining a very fit and healthy physique whilst being happy and passionate about it without pushing myself to the point of hating it.

I will assess you and your goals vividly first of all. Then we will craft a beginning routine that will be easy enough to commit to but challenging enough to make progress. I myself have been fat before as well as skinny before so I am very experienced in my own body with this as well as training others.
