About Juliana
I’m Juliana, an active fighter with over 10 years of competitive experience in boxing and self-defense, plus 16 years of technical Taekwondo training and as a fighter. As a coach, I’m all about precision and technique. My goal is to help you master these skills in a way that suits your strengths and background, regardless of your current fitness level.

Whether you’re just starting out or refining advanced techniques, I’ll break down each movement so it’s easy to understand and perfect for your unique needs. Strength & Conditioning
Improve your endurance, speed, and overall fitness with customized workouts that support your goals. This includes high-intensity drills, strength training, and conditioning routines that enhance your boxing and self-defense skills.
