Richard has been tutoring my son for a few months now, the changes he has made with David are unbelievable. The approach he takes is super professional & also very different to what David says his teacher is like in school. He takes the difficulty out of maths & uses his own props & games to give an alternative understanding to the problems & makes them fun. It’s such a different approach & it’s definitely working. Richard has helped my daughter come on leaps and bounds. During Maths she struggles to keep up and often get left behind in class, and as a result of this her confidence has dropped. This has changed dramatically since Richard's 1 session a week. He explains maths in ways and at speeds she feels much more comfortable with and because of this has become more confident within herself, and as a parent this is always so wonderful to see

Richard is a patient and kind teacher who really does his best to put the people he teaches at ease. Richard has been helping me to prepare to retake my math GCSE. After not being in education for many years I was nervous and felt intimidated by studying again as I always thought I was just one of those people who are bad at maths. Richard never makes me feel bad or embarrassed if I get something wrong, instead he helps me understand how to approach the problem better and explains things in terms that are easier for me to follow.
