About Ben
I am an extremely passionate automotive engineering student at the University of Warwick and I wish to pass on my love of all things Designing and Building. Outside of my studies I am a keen mountain biker and squash player. Throughout my time at GCSE and A-Level taking Design and Technology I found difficulty with some of the intricacies of the mark schemes which can be very challenging to interpret and developed my own strategies in order to tick all the boxes and attain the highest marks whilst also developing the engineering knowledge of my students. These methods awarded me 100% (9) at GCSE and 98% (A*) at A-Level and have given me a huge advantage in my studies at University.

As a previous student of both A-Level and GCSE Design and Technology achieving 98% (A*) and 100% (9) respectively I'm led by my students to determine what would be most beneficial to them and their learning style. I would usually recommend an hour lesson however I am happy to extend this if it suits the student better. My teaching is aimed at current GCSE and A-Level students and I cover all exam boards specializing in Edexcel, teaching both theory and offering guidance and support with coursework.
