About Sachin
Hey, I’m Sachin! I’m 27, and the gym is my main passion. I’m here to teach because I love the process of building and maintaining a strong physique, and I want to help other people experience that same feeling of progress.
I’m an easygoing, positive guy, but I’m completely serious about getting you results. I want to clear up the confusion that leaves people feeling lost in the weight room. Whether you’re trying to fix a weak bench press or just want a solid, straightforward routine to stay consistent, I’ll bring the energy and the plan to make it happen. Let's get to work!

+ I’ll dissect your technique on the spot, eliminate the leaks in your form, and get you moving heavier weights safely and efficiently.
+ I use positive, high-energy motivation to make sure you smash through plateaus and actually enjoy the process.
+ 60 Minutes (The Power Hour): Every session is structured to maximize your time. We start with a targeted dynamic warm up, move straight into your primary strength/physique blocks, and wrap up with accessories or core stability work.
+ The Gym Beginners: If you feel completely lost when you step past the turnstiles or feel intimidated by the weight room—this is for you. We’ll build your foundation from scratch.
+ Intermediate Lifters Looking to Level Up: If you’ve been training for a while but your bench press is stuck, or you’re struggling to maintain your physique consistently, I will help you break through that plateau.
My sessions are perfect for young adults, students, and working professionals (ages 18–40+) ready to unlock their potential. Whether you’re a complete beginner feeling intimidated by the weight room and needing to build a foundation from scratch, or an intermediate lifter struggling to boost your bench press and maintain your physique, I’ve got you covered.
