About Harper

Grammar gets taught through polite, professional phrasing, since tone and diplomacy matter enormously in service and hospitality contexts where I spent years working directly. Listening practice includes real conversational speech at natural pace, since clients and vendors never spoke slowly or clearly for anyone's convenience during actual events.
