About Pavel
I've spent my whole life in sport. I'm a Master of Sports in Acrobatic Gymnastics, a former member of the national team, and a multiple medalist at national-level competitions. Acrobatics taught me how the body really works- strength, balance, mobility, control- and how to train it without breaking it.
For the past 5 years I've been coaching. I prepare young athletes in acrobatics at a sports school, and I work with adults in a fitness club on weight loss and muscle gain. Some of the athletes I've coached have gone on to national and international results- but I get just as much satisfaction from an adult client hitting their first real goal, whether that's losing the weight they've struggled with for years or holding their first handstand.
My approach is simple: no shortcuts, no copy-paste plans, no punishing you into results. I build training around the person in front of me- your goal, your level, your life. I explain the why behind everything, because a client who understands their training is a client who sticks with it.

I coach adults who want to lose weight, build muscle or simply get stronger and move better- fully online, wherever you are.
My background is sports acrobatics at the highest level: Master of Sports, former national team athlete, and years spent coaching others to national and international results. On top of that I work in a fitness club with clients on weight loss and muscle gain. So you get both worlds- real strength-and-conditioning knowledge and an athlete's eye for how the body actually moves.
Here's how online lessons work: I build a training plan around your goal, your level and the equipment you have (gym, home, or just bodyweight). We meet over video so I can check your technique in real time, fix what needs fixing, and keep you accountable between sessions. No copy-paste programs- everything is adjusted as you progress.
For anyone curious, I also teach handstands and hand balancing- a great way to build serious shoulder strength, core control and body awareness. We can weave it into your training or focus on it fully. Your choice.
