About Felipe
I’m a holistic health coach focused on real-life weight loss and sustainable transformation. I help those who are tired, stressed, and overweight after trying diets and workouts that never last. Weight gain is rarely about food alone — it’s about stress, sleep, routine, habits, emotions, and environment. When those factors are misaligned, the body holds weight. My work is to identify what is actually making you gain weight and reorganize your lifestyle in a way that fits your real life. We don’t fight the body — we fix the surrounding system. Because of this approach, weight loss becomes a natural consequence, not a forced effort. I work especially well with busy professionals and parents who want clarity, structure, and results without extreme methods.

My work is focused on active, real-life transformation, not just education or advice.
I don’t work with isolated behaviors like “just training more” or “just eating less.” I work with everything in a person’s life that leads to weight gain, fatigue, and loss of control.
Weight gain doesn’t happen because of one bad habit. It happens because of a system: stress, sleep, routine, emotions, environment, relationships, work demands, and unconscious behaviors.
My role is to map that system, reorganize it, and guide the person through change.
Because we address the full picture, weight loss becomes a natural consequence, not a forced effort.
