I've been teaching hundreds of students in my last 4 years of teaching. First, I try to create a good connection with my student for understanding how I can teach them better and let them try their best for it. As I said, I don't teach grammar or vocab just for 1 hour. I teach these things just in the middle of the speaking to create a good connection between the grammar and the subject.
