About Ria
I’ve been playing piano for over 11 years and studied at the Westminster Conservatory of Music in New Jersey. Over the years, piano has become a major part of my life, and I’ve had the opportunity to perform at the DiMenna Center for Classical Music in New York City. I love sharing my passion for music with others and hope to help beginner students build confidence, develop strong skills, and discover the same enjoyment in piano that I have.

My lessons are designed for beginners who want to build a strong foundation while genuinely enjoying the process of learning piano. I focus on note reading, rhythm, proper technique, basic music theory, and learning songs that match each student’s interests and skill level. My teaching philosophy is centered on patience, encouragement, and steady progress, I want students to feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and building confidence at their own pace.
