How I Transformed My Lifestyle and Why I Want to Help You Do the Same
I used to be a fitness fanatic in college, but life had other plans. After an accident, COVID, and a move to Bangalore, I found myself relying on junk food and quickly falling out of shape. I gained weight, felt sluggish, and even hated my job at Amazon. Eventually, I decided to leave it all behind and go back home to reset.
At first, eating healthy felt impossible. I craved junk food constantly, felt guilty when I gave in, but couldn’t seem to stop. It was frustrating. But then I realized something—healthy living doesn’t have to be a struggle if it’s fun. I started making small changes, and after plenty of trial and error, I finally found a way to enjoy eating healthy while seeing real results.
Soon, friends and family started noticing the changes and asking me for help. That’s when it hit me—I’ve learned so much the hard way, and I want to save others from going through the same struggles. This isn’t about money for me; it’s about creating a positive impact and helping others find a sustainable, enjoyable way to live healthier.
I’m not a certified professional, but my personal journey has taught me what works. I’m here to guide you toward your best self, and I don’t believe in fixed fees. Contribute whatever feels right for you, but please keep in mind I’m dedicating my time and energy to help you transform.
