About Uliana
Stepping into a first session often feels intimidating for new players who worry about holding the bow correctly. Tuning by ear always takes more time than expected, so we address this foundation immediately. We focus on bowing technique and the mechanics of spiccato and staccato articulation. Grade exam preparation for ABRSM and Trinity boards remains a core pillar of my instructional framework.
My 5 years of experience ensures that every technical hurdle is met with patience and methodical guidance. Ear training exercises are woven into the fabric of these sessions to build musical autonomy.

Violin was my initial focus at Schulich, where I spent countless hours refining my craft before branching into voice and guitar. Most people assume that technical proficiency comes purely from repetitive drills rather than structural understanding.
I hold an ARCT diploma from the Royal Conservatory of Music, which informs my rigorous teaching style. My work consistently blends the Suzuki method with standard RCM curriculum requirements.
