I have an MA (Hons) degree in English Literature. I am an avid reader - I read 37 books last year. I have a year's experience in teaching spoken English. Literature and languages are my passion. My classes will be interactive.

At the beginning of our first class, I will listen to you about what is your purpose for recruiting an English teacher. i.e, Is it to ace the English paper for a competitive exam? Is it to improve your fluency for more confidence? I will understand what your goal is, how much time we have, what are your strengths and weaknesses according to you. I'll chalk out a plan that is best suited for your needs and the timeframe we have. Mastery of a language depends on four components - listening, reading, writing and speaking. We will decide on which aspect/s we need to focus and how much. After every few classes, we will reevaluate our plan. I will give a fair amount of homework.
