About Anna

My name is Anna, and I have been closely connected with the Dutch language and culture for many years. I lived in Amsterdam for a long time, where I not only learned the language but also used it daily in both work and personal life. I currently live in Poland and offer online lessons for students everywhere. While in the Netherlands, I ran two businesses - one related to art and healthy catering, and another, an artistic café, where I organized exhibitions, concerts, workshops, and events. Working in an international environment and interacting with people from different countries allowed me to communicate fluently and naturally in Dutch in a variety of contexts. I have mastered Dutch to a very advanced level - I use it daily in my professional work with Dutch and Belgian clients and also read specialized and academic texts. I continuously expand my knowledge and vocabulary because I believe learning a language is an ongoing process, especially regarding technical and professional vocabulary. Thanks to my experience, I understand the challenges faced by Dutch learners and enjoy helping them gain fluency and confidence in communication.

About the lesson

My teaching method focuses primarily on effectiveness. I combine solid grammar foundations with plenty of conversation practice so that students can use the language in everyday situations from the very beginning. I emphasize active vocabulary expansion, imagination stimulation, and a creative approach to learning Dutch.

I learned Dutch in Amsterdam - both from Dutch teachers and as part of the Gilde SamenSpraak program. The methods I use helped me quickly achieve fluency, and I enjoy passing them on to my students.

During lessons, I provide all necessary materials: grammar topics, NT2 exam preparation resources, visual aids, quizzes, and vocabulary notes. I create interactive notes together with the student during each lesson, which I then edit and organize clearly using colors. I focus on high-quality lessons and on students’ comfort and well-being.

I also apply holistic learning techniques and memory-enhancing methods. Proper brain stimulation while memorizing, constructing, and writing sentences allows students to retain new words and expressions permanently.

I listen to my students’ needs and adapt lessons to their individual goals to achieve the best results and satisfaction.

I offer lessons for students at all levels, from beginners to advanced learners who want to expand their Dutch knowledge.

The price of 42 $ includes a 60-minute individual lesson and the possibility of text consultations between lessons. It also covers my extra time spent preparing and editing personalized notes for the student and reviewing homework. This ensures that learning continues effectively even outside the lesson.
