About Mark
I'm Mark, I have a BFA in Animation from Rhode Island School of Design. I have 7 years of experience as a freelance animator, illustrator specializing in pen-and-ink sketching. I have created short films for Adult Swim, and directed several animated music videos. I also have experience working on games. I have learned drawing in a lot of different ways, and I know it's important to adapt my teaching style to each student. If you want to learn on easy mode, no problem, if you want to learn hardcore mode, I can help you with that. One isn't better than the other! I'm excited to see you succeed and have a lot of fun sketching.

My lessons are tailored to the goals, learning styles and experience level of each student.
Each lesson will involve a warm-up, drawing from memory, drawing from reference, and drawing from imagination.
We'll use classic industrial design sketching principles as a foundation for your course.
We'll aim to challenge ourselves and have a lot of fun.
