About H
I’m Tanvir, and I’ve spent the last half a decade exploring and training across multiple martial arts—MMA, Dutch kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling, and strength conditioning. What started as a passion slowly turned into a skillset that I now love sharing with people who want to get stronger, move better, and learn how to protect themselves with confidence. Along my journey, I’ve trained under high-level coaches who pushed me to refine technique, stay disciplined, and always keep improving. Those same principles shape how I teach today.
