With over a decade of global experience in the fitness industry. My career has taken me across continents—training clients in diverse settings from luxury resorts in the Maldives to community gyms in Europe—and has honed my ability to connect with people of all fitness levels and cultural backgrounds. I specialise in developing dynamic, results-driven training programmes tailored to individual needs, whether the goal is weight loss, strength building, rehabilitation, or general wellness. My certifications include advanced personal training, female fitness, special population, ACE, EREPS LEVEL 4 and I’m skilled in delivering group classes, one-on-one coaching, and corporate wellness programmes. Beyond physical training, I place a strong emphasis on motivation, education, and long-term lifestyle changes. My approach is both energetic and empathetic, and I take pride in creating inclusive environments where clients feel supported and empowered
