I blend gentle stretching, Pilates, and ballet movements within a holistic approach that enhances body awareness and adapts to each client’s individual needs and abilities. I have the expertise to break down exercises, guide clients in developing movement skills, and target specific areas through carefully sequenced Pilates and ballet techniques for strength, rehabilitation, and overall conditioning. Each lesson is customized to body type and level, with stretching emphasized to elongate and strengthen muscles. Ballet’s focus on flexibility provides unique benefits beyond traditional exercise, supporting both physical development and mindful movement
