About Goutham Narayanan
I’m a PhD-trained scientist and experienced university educator with a background in biomedical and life sciences. Through my research and teaching career, I’ve developed a passion for explaining complex scientific ideas in a simple, practical, and engaging way.
I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy the moment when a difficult concept finally makes sense to a student. I believe science becomes much easier when it is explained logically and connected to real-world examples. My aim is not just to help students get the right answers, but to build their understanding, confidence, and ability to learn independently.
I’m patient, approachable, and happy to adapt my teaching style to each student’s level, whether you’re trying to strengthen the basics, prepare for an exam, or tackle university-level science.

My goal is simple: by the end of the lesson, you should understand the topic better than when we started—and feel confident explaining it yourself.
