Hi! I'm a New Yorker turned Londoner and Senior Client Success Manager with 8 years’ experience in the SaaS space. I’ve managed high-profile clients like Burberry, Tesco, and the British Red Cross through the companies I’ve worked at. Throughout my career, I’ve naturally gravitated towards mentoring newcomers and helping others grow. Teaching by sharing stories and practical examples has always been something I enjoy—something that started back when I tutored languages at university. I’m passionate about teaching because I know how tough it can be to start or transition into SaaS, and I want to help you build confidence, communicate effectively, and fast-track your career growth in this exciting and growing industry.
