About Richard
I am a dedicated and professional medical student at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) with strong academic results in Mathematics, Physical Sciences, and Life Sciences. I achieved 91% in Mathematics, 89% in Physical Sciences, and 93% in Life Sciences, and I was also selected by my circuit manager to tutor learners across multiple schools, which strengthened my ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
My approach to tutoring focuses on simplifying complex topics and helping students build a solid understanding step by step. I create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating.
Lessons are conducted in English and are tailored to each student’s needs, whether they require help with understanding concepts, practicing exam questions, or preparing for assessments. My goal is to help students improve their confidence, develop strong problem-solving skills, and achieve better academic results.

My lessons are aimed at Grade 10–12 learners who want to improve their understanding, boost their confidence, and achieve better results in Mathematics, Physical Sciences, and Life Sciences. As a Wits medical student with strong academic results and tutoring experience across multiple schools, I focus on creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively engaging in the learning process.
