About Moni
I have been teaching piano for over 11 years, working with students of all ages and skill levels, including school children, college learners, and working professionals. My teaching philosophy emphasises personalised guidance, patience, and creativity, ensuring that each student feels supported and motivated to develop their abilities.
I have helped students perform confidently in recitals, prepare for graded exams, and participate in competitions, achieving recognition and technical growth. Lessons include technique, sight-reading, music theory, improvisation, and performance skills, all tailored to the student’s interests and goals.
I focus on combining structured practice with creative exploration, helping students gain confidence, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for music.

My teaching methodology is centred around compassion, communication, and continuous support. I believe that learning is most effective when students feel encouraged and understood. I encourage open dialogue, allowing students to ask questions and share feedback. Supportiveness helps students build confidence, overcome challenges, and stay motivated. I use the same approach in other subjects I teach, including music theory and composition. My goal is to create a welcoming and inspiring environment where students develop both skills and a passion for learning.
