About JULIAN
I am a Music Producer, Artist and Film/ Game Composer as well as an educator. In my earlier years I went to Berklee College of Music and then to NYU to get a Masters Degree in Film Composition.
Throughout my career I've been asked to write for a very broad variety of applications, and I see writing in every aspect of music as essentially aiming at the same thing; to elicit emotional response. If it doesn't, it's usually an exercise in self indulgence. Without our listeners, we live in a vacuum, and I guide students with that principle in mind.

I am obsessed with how we make our listeners care about our songs whilst staying true to ourselves as artists.
I teach in a collaborative and dynamic manner. I do not like to force systems, and as such if you want to learn through theory we can, but if you want to write intuitively, we can do that too. There are so many ways to write music, and one has to be true to oneself.
These lessons are for those of any level. My songwriting has been heard in massive productions you know, and smaller ones you don't know. I've been heard by millions of listeners, in every pocket of the world.
There is little that I love more than songwriting, and I am mega pumped to help you in your journey as a writer
